"Error 168: Can't Cancel Reservation"

Occasionally our customers tell us they received the error message "Error 168: Can't Cancel Reservation" when they tried  to cancel a current reservation. This error messages shouldn't interfere with creating a new reservation, but we've seen a few cases where this has happened.   If you have trouble creating a new reservation, please contact our customer support team.  They are available via chat between 11:30am and 11:30pm eastern, seven days a week.
