If you've lost your MoviePass card, please let us know as soon as possible by sending us a chat through the MoviePass app from the account associated with that card.
Replacement cards generally take 7-10 business days to arrive. You may need to also send us a chat when you receive your card so we can make sure it is activated for you.
To send us a chat:
- Click on Account across the bottom navigation bar of the app, then click on Help. Tap on the category of the type of issue you are having and the article that relates closest to the problem. You should now see Contact Us. Click here to start a chat. Make sure in your first message you provide as many details as possible so we route you to the right agent. Also, ensure you have push notifications enabled so we can notify you when we respond.
