To keep your account secure, please only use one MoviePass account per device.
The newest version of MoviePass, will require all users to link your MoviePass login on one smartphone device only (Note: the MoviePass app is only compatible with iPhone or Android devices).
If you are logged into multiple smartphone devices, you will receive a prompt requiring you to authorize your preferred smartphone device. Once you've authorized one smartphone device, your account can only be accessed from your selected device.
Users who's device is currently authorized on another device will see the "Unauthorized Device" error message when logging in.
If you purchase a new smartphone, your device may be switched to a different device every 30 days simply by reinstalling the MoviePass app or you can contact our Customer Experience team.
