We want to make sure all our members are using our most updated app so that your experience with MoviePass is as seamless as possible!
If your app requires the updated version of MoviePass, there will be a pop-up prompt when you open the MoviePass app that will redirect you to the App Store or Google Play Store. Once you update the app, you'll be able to get right back to the movies.
For Apple devices:
Please make sure you're using the newest version of the MoviePass app by checking the App Store for updates. Additionally, to use MoviePass, please make sure you are running at least iOS 10.2 and are on a model iPhone 5s or newer.
For Android devices:
Please make sure you're using version Android 3.0.18 or newer of the app. Additionally, to use MoviePass, please make sure you are running at least Android 5.0 (Lollipop).
