- You can cancel your account by going to the Account tab, and then the “Account Details” section.
- Under “Plan & Billing” you will find your plan info with a Cancel button.
- On the cancellation screen choose your reason for cancellation.
- Prorated refunds are not offered if cancelling an annual subscription while still in term.
- Your MoviePass account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- If you have not been cancelled due to Past Due, TOS Violation, or received annual prorated refund, you will be able to reactivate at any time through moveipass.com or the app
