If your MoviePass card is declined, please make sure you are swiping your MoviesPass card for one ticket and that you do not have anything else selected to purchase (eg. concessions). If you are still unable to load your card and swipe for the correct ticket, please contact us via our in-app chat feature in the Help & Feedback to contact our customer service team. One of our team members can quickly troubleshoot the issue with you.
