Sometimes everything that’s playing at the theater of your choice isn’t showing up in the app. No worries – that’s why we created the “Missing Movie” option.  

Got to the Theater page on the MoviePass app (2nd icon from the left) and select the theater you are trying to visit.  If you don't see the movie you want, but you know it's playing at the theater, scroll down to the very bottom and click on "Missing Movie".  

Click on the credits and once you receive the "Check In" pop-up, confirm your reservation.
