It happens! If for any reason you've lost or misplaced your MoviePass card, please reach out to our support team by emailing  support@moviepass.com or by chatting with an agent seven days a week between 11:30am and 11:30pm eastern time.  Once you confirm your shipping address, we'll send out a replacement card ASAP at no cost to you. That new card should be in your care in 10-15 business days.
