You can cancel your subscription at any time but you must do so in the app. Simply click on the "account" icon on the app (lower right hand corner), clicking on "Subscriptions" and you'll see the option to cancel at the bottom of the screen.

Whatever remaining credits you have in your account will be available to use until your billing cycle date. For example, if you have 34 credits in your account and your billing date is the 15th, if you cancel on the 1st, you'll have until the 15th to use all of your remaining credits before they expire. 

Another option, besides cancelling, is to pause your account.  You can pause your account for two months, twice a year, simply by clicking on the “account” icon on the app (lower right corner), clicking on “subscriptions” and then clicking “pause”.   While your account is paused you can still use any available credits.  This is a great option if you just want to take a break, or if you know some great movies are on the horizon.
