You’ll be billed for your subscription every month on the date of your card activation.
If you started after November 2023 your billing date will be the same date you signed up because virtual cards activate immediately. If you joined before November 2023 and received a physical card you will be billed on the date your card was activated. So if you started your subscription on the 3rd and activated your card on the 15th, you’ll be billed on the 15th of every month. If you did not activate your card within 21 days of signing up, your card was automatically activated on day 21.
Every time your subscription is billed, you’ll receive a month of credits depending on your selected plan. Keep in mind, however, that you can only have up to 2 months worth of credits in your account at one time.
Payment
MoviePass does not currently accept Apple Pay, Paypal, or any prepaid debit cards. You can update your payment method at any time directly in the app.
If for any reason your account is Past Due, you’ll receive a notification directly in the app that should appear on your home screen.
Once you update your payment method or confirm the card on file is good to go, you can select “Retry Payment” and your charge should go through successfully and the appropriate credits awarded to your account.
